Xolair Side Effects
Xolair, like any other drug must have some unforeseen and
seen side effects, and as with any drug usage, it is very
important to know what these side effects are before any
persistent use of that drug.
The most severe undesirable reactions that occurred in the
various clinical studies with the Xolair drug were
discrepancies of malignancies and anaphylaxis. This
observation was made over a year of research, and the
prevalence of malignancy among the Xolair-treated patients
were at 0.5%, which was substantially higher than among the
patients that were in the control groups, which resulted
rates at 0.2%. As for the anaphylactic reactions, which were
rare but not necessarily fully associated with the Xolair
drug administration.
The other adverse reactions that were most frequently
observed among these patients who were treated with the
Xolair injection included:
These specific events were keenly
monitored at similar standards in other Xolair-treated
patients and other various controlled patients. The above
symptoms were also the most generally reported undesirable
reactions, which resulted in other clinical intervention
e.g. the total discontinuation of use Xolair or the need for
other connected medication to treat the unfavorable
reaction/side effects.
And because these clinical trials were
conducted under a number of widely changeable conditions,
the various adverse reaction percentages which were observed
in these clinical trials of that one drug and cannot be at
all precisely compared with the percentages in a different
clinical trials of different drug.
